Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Avisa Technologies, which operates ThreadsMark at threadsmark.in. By creating an account or using ThreadsMark you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
What ThreadsMark does
ThreadsMark helps you turn your own work into LinkedIn posts. It drafts posts in your voice from material you provide or connect, lets you review and edit them, and publishes them to your LinkedIn account when you approve or schedule them. Features and limits, including how many posts an account can publish, may change.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement.
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us at info@threadsmark.in if you think someone else has access to it.
Your content
You own what you put into ThreadsMark and the posts it produces for you. You give us permission to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the providers listed in our privacy policy and publishing to LinkedIn when you tell it to.
You are responsible for everything published from your account. AI-written drafts can be wrong, and they can repeat details from your material. Read each post before you approve it, and only add material you are allowed to share.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- post anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- share confidential information you do not have the right to share;
- use ThreadsMark to spam, or in a way that breaks LinkedIn’s or any connected service’s terms;
- try to get into other accounts or our systems, probe for weaknesses, or overload the service;
- scrape, copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.
Connected services
LinkedIn, Slack, Notion, GitHub and Google are run by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and if one of them changes or withdraws access, parts of ThreadsMark may stop working. You can disconnect any of them at any time.
Plans and payments
The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices on our pricing page, and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Razorpay. You can cancel at any time; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refundable once a period starts, except money charged by mistake, as set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
Availability
We work to keep ThreadsMark running and to publish scheduled posts on time, but we cannot promise the service will always be available, error-free, or that every post will go out at the exact minute scheduled. If a post cannot be published, ThreadsMark tells you instead of retrying forever.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. Posts already on LinkedIn stay there until you remove them.
Disclaimers and liability
ThreadsMark is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or harm to reputation arising from your use of the service or from content you published. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for ThreadsMark in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Using ThreadsMark after that means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.
