Refunds and cancellation

This policy covers paid ThreadsMark plans, sold by Avisa Technologies. The Starter plan is free and is never charged. Prices are on the pricing page.

How paid plans are billed

• Paid plans are subscriptions, billed in advance for a month or a year at a time.
• They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Customers in India pay in rupees, with GST included where it applies; customers elsewhere pay in US dollars.
• If we change a price, we tell you by email before it applies, and it applies from your next renewal.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time from Settings, or by writing to info@threadsmark.in.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the free Starter plan.
• Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. Your posts, drafts and material stay in your account.

Refunds

Payments are not refundable. Once a billing period has started, we do not refund it, in full or in part. This includes unused posts, drafts or AI images, the rest of a month or a year after you cancel, and yearly plans. This is because everything a plan includes is available from the first day of the period.

The exception is money taken by mistake. If you are charged twice for the same period, charged after you cancelled, or charged because of a fault on our side, we refund that charge in full. Write to info@threadsmark.in within 30 days of the charge. Once we confirm it, the refund goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay tries again over the following days. If it still has not gone through, your account moves to the Starter plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can subscribe again whenever you like.

Delivery

ThreadsMark is an online service. Nothing physical is shipped. A paid plan starts working on your account as soon as the payment succeeds.
